New customers can apply for an advance of between £85 and £510; existing customers can borrow between £85 and £850.

Does it matter that I don't have a debit card?

Yes, Sorry. We presently only accept applications from customers with a debit card.

I'm a tenant - is this a problem?

No problem at all, it makes no difference to us.

I have a CCJ - would this disqualify me from receiving a loan?

No not at all. We don't credit check or contact any employers.

Can I still get a loan if I am weekly paid?

Certainly. We allow our weekly paid customers to repay on the 4th payday after they receive the funds.

Can I have a further advance if I still have one which is not repaid?

No. Any outstanding money must be repaid before a further advance can be provided.

How quickly can I receive the money?

We transfer the money directly into your account 2 hours after receiving your application, ready for you to draw on immediately. Alternatively, if you can get to our shop we will pay you cash on the spot.

Can I extend my loan?

Yes, you can apply to extend your loan by contacting us 2 days before it's due to come out of your account. We will automatically keep extending your loan until we receive instructions to take full payment from you. By extending your loan you are only paying the interest each month, and are not paying anything off the actual loan amount.
